Unblanched almonds are dry roasted and milled crunchy or smooth. Almond butter is a delicious butter that you may spread on crackers, bread, use in recipes or eat with fruit. Our almond butter is a wonderful ingredient in many types of dishes.
Our butters are all natural. The oil in the nut butter will separate so be sure to stir in this oil when you receive the nut butter. Refrigerate or free to keep the oil from separating again; (this is the proper procedure for any natural nut butters and peanut butters).
Remember, all of our products may contain trace amounts of other nuts and seeds

United States Department of Agriculture
The National Organic Program (NOP) develops, implements, and administers national production, handling, and labeling standards for organic agricultural products. The NOP also accredits the certifying agents (foreign and domestic) who inspect organic production and handling operations to certify that they meet United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) standards.
Oregon Tilth Certified Organic (OTCO)
OTCO is a nonprofit research and education membership organization dedicated to biologically sound and socially equitable agriculture. Oregon Tilth offers educational events throughout the state of Oregon, and provides organic certification services to organic growers, processors, and handlers internationally.
Kosher Certified (BVK)
All of our products are Kosher Certified. Specifically our products are Kosher/Parve not for Passover. We are certified by Va’ad Hakashrus of Buffalo, New York.
